Returns and exchanges

Items can be exchanged or returned* within 48 hours of receiving your order**, provided they are unused. Returns collected by courier carry an additional shipping fee of 30 ILS.

Shipping costs to and from the customer are not refunded; the shipping cost of a return or exchange is paid by the customer. Exchanges are made against the invoice, with the item in its original packaging, in good condition and unused.

Return conditions: to be eligible, items must be in the condition you received them: unused, with tags, in the original packaging. You will need your order number when requesting a return or exchange.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the parcel. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

*International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Self-pickup orders: an exchange or return is possible only within 5 business days of the pickup date. Orders collected after 5 business days cannot be exchanged or returned.

**ALWAYS IN STOCK collection (items that are not a limited edition): a return or exchange can be requested within 14 business days of receiving the items.

Damages and issues: please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can look into it and make it right.

Exceptions, non-returnable items: swimwear and lingerie cannot be exchanged or returned, except a size exchange of the top where in stock. Limited-edition items and PRE-ORDER items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds: refunds are issued minus 5% of the refund value. The credit appears on your account within 15 business days of the parcel reaching our warehouse and being checked and approved. We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process it.
